It’s part of the Citysol 2007 Festival going on from July 12th to July 15th. From the site, it’s a:

“clean-energy-powered festival that aims to inspire interest and support for local sustainability intiatives through, music, interactive art installations, games and workshops, and numerous other elements meant to both entertain and educate.”
