The libations overflowed, the people overflowed, and despite rain that overflowed in some cities we had a great turn out, raising the most money to date! Thanks to everyone who came out, the Burma Lawyer’s Council will have an extra $2,000 (that’s 12,840.50 Myanmar Kyats) to use in their fight for the civil and human rights of the Burmese people. We hope you had a good time (you look like you did) and we’ll keep you posted about what the Lawyer’s Association is able to accomplish with the money!
