Yup, it’s “super-duper” Tuesday and odds are pretty good that your state’s primary is today. So overlook the silly name and get out and VOTE.
It might be a good idea to check your local listings first. Every party in every state has its own rules for selecting candidates, so its not always as easy as rolling up to the polls and punching a card. You might even end up at a caucus, milling around for democracy. The New York Times has a helpful chart illustrating the various oddities for both parties.
Your secretary of state, in most cases, will have election information for your state. I recommend you use your favorite search engine to look up “voting, [your state]” and go from there. And if your state isn’t today, it will probably be in the next few weeks, so heads up!
